Dr. Brian Rosett
Medical Director
A native of Chicago and an accomplished surgeon, Dr. Rosett has performed thousands of cases during his years of training and practice and has a proven track record of success.
Dr. Rosett grew up in Highland Park, Illinois and then attended Washington University in St Louis, Missouri for his undergraduate education. Thereafter, he matriculated at Rush University in Chicago for medical school followed by five years of general surgery residency at Wayne State University at the Henry Ford hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He then returned to Chicago for his plastic surgery residency at the University of Illinois under the guidance of Dr Mimis Cohen. There he learned the fundamentals of plastic surgery and developed a keen interest in the treatment of skin and breast cancer.
Thereafter, Dr Rosett completed two advanced fellowships in aesthetic face, breast and body surgery in Los Angeles, California. Dr Rosett was fortunate to have learned from some of Beverly Hills leaders in aesthetic surgery through his breast and body fellowship at the Beverly Hills Physicians practice. He then studied under Dr Ben Talei, a world renowned aesthetic facial plastic surgeon, focusing on nonsurgical and surgical facial aesthetics. Dr Rosett brings many of the field’s newest techniques back to Chicago including advanced facial aesthetics such as the lip lift.
Having grown up in the windy city, Dr Rosett brings an earnest midwestern sensibility to both the office and the operating room. At the center of his medical philosophy is the belief that strong communication leads to the best experience and outcomes.
His patients often remark that his kindness and demeanor helped ease their stress and anxiety. Dr. Rosett’s hope for every patient is a surgical success that boosts their self-esteem allowing them to live more confident and fulfilling lives.

Dani Sher
Physician Assistant Injector, Founder
A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Dani moved to Chicago after graduating from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor's degree in French. Though her first career out of college was as an improv comedian, she eventually found her way back to medicine in 2008. She attended Midwestern University's Physician Assistant program and went directly into Emergency medicine. After practicing as an ER Physician Assistant for 10 years, Dani became interested in aesthetics.
After training with several internationally renowned injectors, she had the good fortune of meeting Dr. Rosett and began working and learning from his expertise. Additionally, with a longstanding background in using ultrasound technology in the ER, she is one of the few trainers for Ultrasound for Aesthetics in the USA. She teaches one of the only accredited ultrasound courses for injectors. In 2022, she won a national aesthetic award for her safety standards and techniques. As a pioneer in the field of ultrasound for aesthetics, she holds several provisional patents for many of her techniques as well her unique course.
Katie Tolks
Practice Manager
Katie brings a unique blend of leadership, patient care, and compassion to the aesthetics industry. With a background spanning dentistry, plastic surgery, and medical aesthetics, she is passionate about creating exceptional client experiences while helping patients feel confident, refreshed, and like the best version of themselves.
Before entering aesthetics, Katie spent over 10 years coaching competitive volleyball and mentoring young athletes through the college recruitment process — experiences that shaped her supportive leadership style and passion for helping others grow in confidence both inside and out.
As both a leader and a mom, Katie understands the importance of self-care, balance, and feeling good in your own skin through every stage of life. She believes aesthetics should enhance natural beauty while helping clients feel empowered, cared for, and comfortable from the moment they walk through the door. Her goal is to create an environment where every patient feels welcomed, educated, and genuinely valued.
Margaret Stokes PA-C
Physician Assistant Injector
Margaret is a board-certified Physician Assistant with 14 years of clinical experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona before completing her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at A.T. Still University.
Before transitioning into aesthetic medicine, Margaret spent 10 years working as a surgical PA in urology, developing a strong foundation in precision, patient care, and safety. She discovered her passion for aesthetic medicine in 2022 and has gained extensive experience in injectables, including Botox, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and PRP/PRF treatments.
Margaret is dedicated to helping patients achieve natural, refreshed results that enhance confidence while maintaining a strong emphasis on safety and individualized care. Known for her attention to detail and thoughtful approach, she strives to ensure every patient feels comfortable, confident, and well cared for throughout their aesthetic journey.
Born and raised in the Chicago area, Margaret enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially with her baby boy. In her free time, she loves reading, practicing yoga, and exploring new restaurants.
Angel Dezutter
RN Injector
Angel is a passionate nurse injector with a background in emergency nursing. She graduated with her BSN from Loyola University Chicago. Angel is dedicated to providing results-driven treatments that enhance and restore your natural beauty with the utmost care and precision. She believes in creating subtle, yet transformative changes that boost confidence and highlight your unique features. Drawing from her extensive experience in the ER, Angel carries a high level of safety and attention to detail into every injection, ensuring that each treatment is not only effective but also safe and tailored to you. Angel's goal is to help you feel your best, using her expertise to restore confidence through safe, individualized aesthetic care that enhances your natural beauty. Her desire to continue to learn is what makes her an ally to her patients.
Blake Beck PA-C
Physician Assistant Injector
Blake Beck, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with more than seven years of experience across Emergency Medicine, Plastic Surgery, and Aesthetic Medicine. His strong medical foundation and detailed understanding of facial anatomy allow him to prioritize both safety and beautifully natural results.
Blake earned his Bachelor of Science from UC Santa Barbara and his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of the Pacific. After five years practicing in Emergency Medicine, he transitioned into ENT and Facial Plastic Surgery where he advanced his training in aesthetic injectable treatments and developed a passion for helping patients look refreshed, confident, and naturally enhanced - never overdone.
At Sparkle Aesthetics, Blake focuses on delivering safe, subtle, and undetectable results tailored to each individual’s features and goals. He believes aesthetic medicine should enhance what is already there, not change who you are.
Originally from the West Coast, Blake was drawn to Chicago to experience Midwest hospitality firsthand and it has not disappointed. Outside of the clinic, he leads an active lifestyle that includes marathon training and group fitness classes. A self proclaimed foodie, he also enjoys exploring Chicago’s vibrant restaurant scene and is always happy to take a local recommendation. Ultimately, Blake wants every patient to feel like an old friend and he cannot wait to meet you.
Amy Garren
Medical Aesthetician
Amy has been an aesthetician since 2001. She has spent her career working in upscale Chicago spas and medspa, having her own skincare business in Denver, and now back to Chicago medspas to continue performing result-driven treatments. Amy loves the continuous education that our ever-changing industry offers, and she is ready to share her knowledge! Skincare is an all year, every day job, and Amy has the experience and confidence in how skin should look and react to get the results you want, safely. Patient commitment with home care and trust is her favorite part of being an Esthetician. When Amy is not at work, she likes to make sure her daughter and Goldendoodle are living their best lives.
Julie Talbot
Medical Aesthetician
Julie comes to Sparkle with 19 years of aesthetic experience. Detail-oriented and fervent about providing exceptional experiences, she seeks to make every patient feel comfortable, delighted with their results, and heard. Julie is thrilled to join the Sparkle Aesthetics family and can't wait to help you achieve your skin goals! Outside of Sparkle, you can find her cooking, petting all the area doggies, and playing Pokemon Go around town with her son. Gotta catch 'em all.
Natalie
Clinic Coordinator
Natalie is a local of the Chicagoland area and has many years of hospitality and cosmetic dentistry background experience. Natalie prides herself on creating long-lasting relationships with our Sparkle clients, and she loves to be a part of everyone's beautiful transformations and seeing how their results boost up their confidence in their own skin! When Natalie is not at Sparkle, she enjoys reading, writing, astrology, spending time with her family, and cooking delicious, homemade meals.

Clinic Coordinator
Nicole recently graduated from Triton College as a Registered Nurse and brings over five yearsof healthcare experience to Sparkle Aesthetics. Her background includes podiatry, urology, andnow medical aesthetics, giving her a well-rounded perspective on patient care and wellness.
Nicole has always had a passion for beauty and aesthetics and loves helping patients feel confident and empowered. As a Clinic Coordinator, she is dedicated to creating a welcoming experience for every patient while continuing to grow her knowledge and skills within the aesthetics industry. She looks forward to combining her nursing background with her passion for aesthetics as she continues her professional journey. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with friends and family, drawing, gaming, and cuddling with her cat and dog.
